Caviar de Neuvic is the producer of the 21st century. Located on the banks of the river « L’Isle », Caviar de Neuvic breeds its sturgeons with respect of the environment. Caviar de Neuvic offers you a large range of caviars from our Domaine and our partners. The sturgeons from our Domaine are bred in the best conditions: constantly renewed crystal clear water, organic food, low fish density and few manipulations. All our French caviars are made in our own laboratory. Some sturgeons are bred in farms sharing our values. They are always matured and processed on our Domaine. Beurre (LAIT) 82% mat. gr. (87%), brisures de truffes (9.8%) (Tuber Mélanosporum, jus de truffe, sel) sel, stabilisant E422, glycérol, arôme (0.25%).
