This Vermentino has the great tradition of our family which, for three generations now, has its own Vermentino vineyards in the areas best suited to the highest quality of the grapes, with vineyards overlooking the sea, where they can absorb the hints of saltiness and iodine, of the joy and light-heartedness of youngsters on the beach. A cheerful wine, ready to live the summer, but surprising in the winter at a table shared with friends.

Tasting：
Colour: Straw with greenish reflections. Bouquet: Delicate and fruity with hints of apple. Taste: Soft and structured, almondy and sapid.

Winemaking：
In steel with at least a 5-month settlement period on the lees (bâtonnage).

Pairing：First and second courses based on sea fish
